Briona was extremely helpful with every aspect of selling my house even to the point where she found a contracting company to help with my situation. She was able to answer every question I had and if she couldn't which was rare she knew how to ask and got back to me with an answer immediately. If anyone I know is buying or selling a house I will be referring them to her. She went above and beyond every step of the way and would do things like taking picture or other things to the house for me because I couldn't being 9 hours away. Best agent I've ever seen and the only agent I'll recommend.
Briona from the beginning was a stellar agent for us! We didn't try multiple agents. She was our first agent and only agent. Her communication style was very clear and effective, and she also demonstrated a strong motivation and forethought of us as clients. When issues arose that had nothing to do with her she was able to help communicate on our behalf and alleviate the issue and come up with some solutions to help us. She definitely helps keep our stress down by helping us alleviate those issues that arose on behalf of the lenders although she didn't have to. She ensured we had a smooth closing, and throughout the process with our picky styles in finding our first dream home she was able to match everything we asked for to the best of her ability with many property options. Which was one of the most exciting parts of the process, house shopping and finding the home that was right for us. Ultimately, Briona was very knowledgeable, charismatic, and fun to work with throughout the process. We would definitely recommend using her and will definitely be using her again if we choose to buy another home locally or even sell our home if we choose in the future.
